José Luis Bertomeu, founder of Tomás y Bertomeu Asociados S.L.P., Architecture and Interior Design, works since 1975 in the field of interior design. In 1983, he graduated in the School of Building Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.Afterwards, he moved to Sapporo, Japan, to work with Sato Yukinobu, architect director of Suis Planning Design Office, firm which collaborates with Kenzo Tange firm. Back in Spain, in 1986 he partnered with Marisa Bertomeu to create the firm IN-OUT Architecture.In 1988 José Luis became part of the team in the partnership Pepe Tomás Asociados. In 1998 they created the company Tomás y Bertomeu Asociados S.L.P. Architecture and Interior Design.In 2011, he teamed up with his collaborators Marisa Bertomeu and Victor Gómez, creating a multidisciplinary company.
